The IMPROVA intervention

IMPROVA is a digital health intervention following a holistic and comprehensive approach which addresses not only adolescents themselves but also teachers, parents and other stakeholders. The intervention includes an informational website and an interactive training platform (eSano) offering targeted content for students, teachers and parents and will be accessible via online and mobile channels.

The IMPROVA intervention will be tested in selected schools in France, Germany, Romania and Spain throughout the years 2024/2025

Details about the IMPROVA study

The scientific review of IMPROVA will be based on the comparison of an intervention group versus a control group. The schools in the intervention group will be given access to the digital training platform eSano, where both students and teachers will have access to a harmonized package of interactive modules. The control group will get access to eSano at a later point in the study. The study will enable researchers to draw conclusions about the overall effects of IMPROVA and the benefits of the program for teens’ mental health.
