What exactly is eSano?

On eSano, we have created interactive trainings that are fun! On the one hand, they provide knowledge on various mental health topics, on the other hand, they include entertaining exercises, videos and audios. Take a look and try it out for yourself!

Why can only schools in the IMPROVA intervention group use eSano?

IMPROVA is still in its infancy and has been developed by various research institutions across Europe. IMPROVA is now to be scientifically tested in a big study, which is why we have divided the schools into two groups: the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group will have access to eSano from autumn 2024 and can start training straight away. The control group will only get access to eSano later, presumably in winter 2025. The division into these two groups is important so that we as scientists can assess the actual effect and impact of IMPROVA in terms of improving students’ mental health and knowledge.

So, if you do not get access to eSano at the moment, this is because your school is in the control group (which is just as important a part of the study as the intervention group). Just be patient a little longer. It’s worth the wait ;)
